Ultra-Wide Roller Kiln
The JAYGANESH ultra-wide roller kiln is our flagship firing system for high-capacity tile plants, built on more than two decades of kiln engineering since we built India's first indigenous ceramic tile roller kiln. A wider firing channel lets more tiles travel side by side, so a plant gets more square metres per day from every metre of kiln, a smaller building and fewer kilns to run. Wider kilns also lose less heat through their walls for each square metre fired, which lowers specific fuel consumption.
The challenge with any wide kiln is keeping the temperature even from wall to wall and keeping long rollers straight at firing temperature. Our design handles this with digital zone-by-zone burner management, recipe-controlled air/gas ratios and a sturdy roller drive system, so tiles at the edges fire exactly like tiles in the centre. Cooling air is recovered to run multi-layer dryers, cutting drying fuel further.

Frequently Asked Questions
Capacity depends on how many tiles are inside the kiln at once. A wider kiln adds tiles across each row, so it reaches the same output with a shorter kiln and building. It also has less wall area per square metre fired, which reduces heat loss and fuel cost per m².
It is built for large-format porcelain slabs and is equally suited to GVT/PGVT, floor and wall tiles. The row layout is designed around your formats, so share your tile sizes and daily target when you ask for a quote.
Each zone has digitally managed burner sets. Operators monitor temperature, flow rate and air/gas ratio for every set, limit each burner's working range and save recipes, so the kiln readjusts automatically at every product changeover.
